In this video I will show to you how to make Lasagna Bolognese with Bechamel and Cedar. Bolognese sauce can also be used for pasta Bolognese. Also the Bechamel sauce is a basic sauce that is good to know how to make it at home. This is an easy and delicious recipe as always.

For Ragu Bolognese sauce:
• Celery
• 2 carrots
• 2 onions
• 1kg of minced meat 50% pork 50% beef
• 5 tsp of tomato paste
• 800 ml tomatoes juice
• 200 ml of red wine
• Oregano and basil

For Bechamel :
• 80g butter
• 80g flour
• 800 ml milk
• 200g cedar
• Thyme
• Rosemary

In the end we also need:
• Lasagna Pasta
• Salt
• Pepper
• Olive oil
