The best Lasagna Bolognese with Bechamel Sauce - Brazilian style!

Serving: 6

Ingredients:
For the Bolognese sauce:
1,2 pounds of ground beef
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
2 tomatoes
3 cups of tomato sauce
2 cups of water
Parsley and green olives (as much as you like :) )
Salt, black pepper and paprika to taste

For the bechamel sauce:
2 tablespoon of butter
1/4 minced onion
3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
3 cups of milk
Nutmeg and salt to taste

Layering the lasagna Bolognese:
Bolognese sauce
Bechamel sauce
Ham (about 8oz)
Mozzarella cheese (about 1lb)
Enough pasta for your lasagna (I used about 10 sheets)
