Many thanks for the great recipe. I prepared everything exactly according to the instructions - had a leek that I roughly chopped and put into the pot, too. Result: by far the best (most tasty) chicken stock I have ever made! Doesn't have a very pronounced Asian taste, just full of aroma - it is therefore versatile and can be used as a basis for a variety of dishes.

I made this, and added some pork lean meat. It taste good! Tried using the broth to cook rice. Taste super good!!! Thank you Marion!

Made your fried rice. Its odd how you are the first to suggest i just put the veggies to the side of the wok and just do the eggs next to em. Besides that its such a great way to use leftover veggies before refuelling at the farmers market so it will become a weekly staple probably

I kinda shy away from making homemade broth because many recipe usually discard the chicken after lengthy process. It's a bit wasteful, for me. Glad there's your recipe that not discard the chicken. Thank you
