I have my secondary 6s on 15 and it feels smoother. I also haven’t experienced any major bugs as of yet. Some apps load slower on 15, but the content seems to load faster and the scrolling seems less jittery.

Imagine that people thought that iPhone 6s/6s Plus/ SE 2016 won't be getting iOS 13 before, but now that it has finally gone too far-reaching the 7th iOS which is iOS 15! This feat hasn't occurred in Apple before for an iPhone that supports 7 iOS's and might still be counting! I'm a 6S user here
