Hey kids, wanna get some strong durable power armour without having to do a long mission? Ok, follow this path, have a lot of the strongest weapons, high stats is recommend (example, 100 explosives, 100 guns, etc), take power armour to get power armour, save a lot, and finally level 25+ is recommended. fuck me.

Getting the armour is far simpler by just keeping an eye out for a stealth boy or planning beforehand to get one as as soon as possible.
Wearing light armour or none at all you can easily reach the bodies, loot them and turn back with just one charge.

The good thing about doing the old world blues dlc first is the heartless perk that keeps you from being poisoned ever again, so cazadors are no longer an issue

Update: I had to reload a save a few times. I got the armor now.
