Here is another reason to give up cow dairy: my father and sister suffered from extreme halitosis all their lives. My father went to one specialist after another, He even consulted dentists. Both used lactose free dairy. I discovered it wasn't the lactose but something else in cow dairy. Once i switched them to goat milk dairy, the bad breath odor vanished entirely. Changed their lives!

I'm a witness my grand mom was diognised with throat cancer she said no to surgery, for seven years I watched my grandmon drinking goat milk and believe me she survived by goat milk alone for seven good years and I mean milk alone nothing else.

Fun Fact: Jersey heifers actually produce a2 dairy just like a goat or sheep, but they produce more of it just out of sheer size difference. If you do not have access to goat or sheep milk, you may be able to find jersey milk or products instead. My son was lactose intolerant as a baby, and could only have specialty soy formulas. Turns out it was because of powdered A1 dairy in most baby formula. We purchased some specialty jersey milk once he was old enough to be weaned off formula and it made a world of difference. He is now able to eat and happily digest a1 dairy and cheeses after a good year of living off only the jersey milk for any and all dairy purposes. We eventually purchased our own jersey cow and started making cheese and butter from home for him. Also she is absolutely adorable and such a doll, so I am rather pleased to have her as part of our homestead. I would heavily suggest looking into jersey milk, though for hobby farms or homesteads, a few goats would be easier to care for than a cow obviously.

I had every symptom you mentioned from inflammation, delayed digestion, upset and bloated stomach, until my naturopath told me to stop dairy. OMG, night and day, I can finally digest red meat, no more bloating, and cramps. Can’t believe my pain all these years were dairy related. Thanks for the solid info you shared man. Cheers!

I haven't had any kind of dairy in 5 years after finding out I had Celiac Disease and a Dairy allergy. My mom said as a baby all I could drink was goat milk so I tried some goat cheese no reaction, but cow milk by itself gives me an upset, I found out I can eat goat cheese, milk, butter without any issues and it takes care of my stomach and makes me feel better if I do eat something I'm not suppose to. :)

LaClair goat cheese is amazing as it’s very mild tasting. They make raw versions and are good if you’re trying to avoid cheese made with cows milk.

I have tried all the milks known to man and goats milk is my favourite out of the animal varieties. but I generally use almond or rice milk depending on if I want protein or a carb source

I get sores in my mouth and tooth sensitivity if I eat cow cheese, especially aged, or cow butter. But I have no reaction to goat cheese.

i already started using goat milk 6 months back, i just wanted to make sure i was right to choose goat milk over cow milk since someone recommended it and also suggested that they, dairy farms use some kind of drug to get extra milk from cows which is extremly dangerous for our health!!

How about organic cows milk vs regular cows milk? I'm not from the US and we have a local farm in my country that produces milk from grass feed cows that are not subjected to the regulations of US law. So i would like to know the difference in milk from these cows vs imported milk. Thanks!

Would like to see a video on the estrogen differences in sheep, goat and cow milk and cheeses. Really important for all.

Pasteurized Grass-Fed Goat Milk or Raw Grass-Fed Cow Milk? (Goat and Sheep milks have A2 casein proteins, which are much less inflammatory than the A1 casein protein present in regular cows. They have smaller fat globules, which digests better, and the nutrient profile is better too.

👍I’m lactose intolerant so I usually choose almond or cashew milk but I have found that sheep & goat cheese & yogurts don’t bother me plus I found out from a granny lady in Costa Rica (when I was traveling & feeling sick) that sheep & goat milk cheese helps you feel better. 😁

What about milk that naturally just has the a2 protein? That's the only milk that I drink, so do you know about it?
