Ukraine has rejected a Russian plan to become 'neutral' like Sweden or Austria. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that peace negotiations must lead to a fair deal for Ukraine that includes reliable security guarantees that protect it from future threats.

The fight continues. In other countries the war can go above 20 years. This is not even 3 months of bombing. It seems the ukraine president have outside advicers who tell them to fight. Soon military staff will be supplied to ukraine to continue the war. What he is not understanding is that only the ukrainians die in this war not NATO members

Russia gave them guarantees in 1994 with the Budapest Memorandum and again in 1997 with the Ukraine / Russia Cooperation Treaty and Ukraine violated both of them.
