I used this build and without switching from frost to poison we’re still able to clear the first cap on that level 30

With the smoke bomb, I thought they said last season that for this season anything with a cool down the cool downtime doesn’t start until the skill is done. I don’t think the Cool downtime starts as soon as you use the skill now. Could be wrong havent really payed attention.

I'm honestly only playing barrage because windforce will be usable for the first time in a long time. I've sold and trashed so many of them in d3 and d4 that it's really sad.

Branching volleys codex dungeon is behind a level 40 stronghold. It shouldnt be considered a leveling codex if you cant get early on.
