After watching this, my 10 year old daughter came up with a great new weight loss solution... frequently blow (or pick) your nose. She told her science teacher that about half a cup of snot is about 150grams, 7 days worth of snot is around a kilogram, and a weekly weight loss of a kilo a week equals becoming really skinny in 6months without having to stop eating cakes... can't fault the maths... Thanks for engaging my girl in deep grossness, Anna 🙄

I know this is quite a random question but, whenever im very cold the cold reaches my nose and the temperture hurts my nose. How does that happen?

The first day I was really tired and lazy, the next day my throat became sore and itchy, then followed two days of intense coughing and headaches. I am now on my third day of expelling copious amounts of thick green salty snot from my nose and lungs every half an hour or so as it gradually fills my nostrils to the point of blocking the passage of air. Throat and energy levels normalised yesterday. It always goes in this order so I’ve always assumed that the snot is the corpse of the virus my body just fought off.
