I think we're some people missed the mark and I'm not above it, is that they try to control the conversation and the frame too much that it seems disingenuous. It's very easy to teach people frame control and topics of conversation, the important part is listening I'm coming across as humble rather than a Salesman jamming things down someone's throat. I would love to see a cast on how to exude genuine Behavior rather than salesmanship. Please and thank you
