Chef Barbara Alexander from The Culinary Institute of America shows us how to deep fry a turkey. Deep frying a whole turkey results in delicious, succulent meat with perfectly crispy golden skin that is well worth the extra effort. Before you begin, keep in mind that deep frying a turkey can be very dangerous! Improper frying techniques can cause fires as well as severe burns, so proceed with extreme caution and preparation.

I used to work at a furniture store and on the day after Thanksgiving, I walked into work and the whole place smelled absolutely delicious. I went to the break room and my psycho boss was frying a Turkey right there in that tiny ass break room. No smoke, no mess, nothing. It was the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen anyone do lmao

J Allen. The weather comes into play when heating oil. I go to 365-375 if in the 40’s cause it cools off fast and it takes a while to get it back up to 350 and that’s when I start timer. Perfect every time.

I am italian i never tried this famous american deep fried turkey, i want to cook one, i've seen that someone inject the turkey with a souce ? What's in the sauce ? Which seasons you recommend? Thank you everybody enjoy your turkey
