I got my AMH levels tested when I was 37 and they came back at 0.33. It was far from an ideal number but I decided to cling on to hope. I went on to lose more than 100 pounds and took loads of Ubiquinol. Finally managed to get pregnant at 39, my beautiful baby boy was born last August. Do not give up hope.

I’m 40 years old. Just had my AMH levels checked about 2 months ago. Results came back and of course it’s at the bottom of the list and one of the most important of the $4000 in tests that they ran. AMH is 0.289 and he only saw 4 follicles on the side he was checking that month.
