Low AMH Level Doesn't Mean You Can't Conceive

The AMH test is often referred to as the ovarian reserve. An indicator for your remaining egg count.

It's important to note that having a low AMH level doesn't mean you can't conceive.

AMH level can also fluctuate month to month. Some months you may have higher levels of AMH (more maturing eggs) compared to the other months.

If you've just found out that you have a low egg count, it can be devastating😥.

I often share with my clients that it's more important to work on improving your egg quality than the number. Ultimately, you just need that ONE good egg to conceive.
