AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone) is the most accurate predictor of a woman's egg supply, also known as her ovarian reserve. Watch this video to understand your AMH and what this could mean for your fertility.

Did you know that women are born with about 1-2 million eggs? The egg count in your ovarian reserve naturally decreases as you age. If you're trying to get pregnant or pursuing fertility preservation like egg freezing, knowing your AMH can help predict how many eggs you have in your reserve. Dr. Rachel Sprague walks through what your AMH says about your own fertility and chances of conceiving.

This video will cover:
0:00 What is AMH?
1:09 AMH factors
1:55 Low AMH
2:28 AMH and conceiving

Thank you for your videos! They have been very informative. My AMH is 36. We've repeated the test multiple times and have gotten the same number. Yes, I definitely have PCOS! Is there anything that can be done to encourage a dominant egg to develop?
