Mission accomplished 😎

I always say if you can get your kids to enjoy drinking smoothies it's one of the easiest ways to sneak in some other things without them noticing 😉

I have Sage's favourite Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie recipe in the Toddler HealthNut Cookbook

Who else does this?

Guys I’m dying at the comments on here 😅 first off the powder was a probiotic not a packet full of random vitamins and the other one is a kids immune support because we were in the middle of cold and flu season and she’s in daycare and we have a newborn at home. She doesn’t get these everyday. We do give her a kids vitamin d everyday which is recommended by our naturopathic doctor and midwives. Thank you for your concerns and for taking a fun video way to seriosuly ✌🏼

In the UK it's not common to just give kids vitamins unless they medically need them. My kids have never had a vitamin lol they get all they need from food

Please don't do this unless recommended by a doctor. If it's not proven your child has a deficiency giving them supplements you could overdose them. Too many vitamins and minerals turn toxic for your body. Not right away, but in the long term, so a "perfectly healthy" childs organs might actually be struggling alot, without visible symptoms. Supplement use should be monitored by a doctor, for children and adults. Natural remedies or supplements ARE NOT a replacement for a healthy diet, and doctors advice. The creator didn't state why she was giving her child this, she might need it, but every other person, don't just start taking/giving supplements. If you do, pay attention to the RDI, it should never be more than 100%.

I took Zinc for my hair and nails for 3 years, I started having difficulty grasping things and parestesias, my thumb got numb, turns out Zinc is good but it also decreased my B12 levels which is why I was getting neurological symtoms so BECAREFUL WITH SUPPLEMENTS

PSA: The only time you should take supplements is when they're prescribed by a doctor!!

Edit: i wasn't trying to jab at the lady that posted this video. The reason why i even commented was bcos i saw other moms asking what the supplements were and saying they wanted to give them to their kids.

Do not be giving your children supplements, especially sketchy looking ones like those that aren’t fda regulated or approved. They should not need supplements unless recommended by their doctor.

Always consult with a doctor before giving your child any supplements. Overdosing on vitamins and minerals can be harmful.

JUST SO YOU ALL KNOW. THIS CREATOR DELETES COMMENTS. THIS IS A VERY UNSAFE PRACTICE AND SHE KNOWS IT. SHE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL AND THIS COULD DO SOME DAMAGE TO YOUR CHILD

What on earth! The dosage is crazy. My colleague - a pediatric surgeon - is with me looking on with horror. Please don't do this guys; it isn't healthy or safe for an adult let alone a child. If the supplements are FDA-approved and specifically recommended by a doctor following tests, such as blood tests that prove deficiency, sure - but even then the dosage would need to be accurate (not a random squirt or two from a pipette dropper!). She should be stating what these supplements are and why she is giving them. This isn't an anti-vac/I only use 'natural' remedies mum is it? i wouldn't be surprised.

If a doctor prescribed them it would be ok. But please don’t give them supplements without asking a physician because it can be poisonous to have too much of some vitamins and minerals. There are many cases of kidney failure and other things. Stay safe🤍

This creator deletes comments, just so ys know. She malpractices on her own child and posts it knowing it could damage her health.

Just so we're clear. You shouldn't need to give your toddler "supplements". The food you give them should give them everything they need. This is a good way to ruin their kidneys. Bad advice

You can also ask the person making your smoothie if they’re willing to blend the supplements into the smoothie so it’s a little smoother. We’re always willing to do it if asked, at least where I work

I always encouraged my kiddos and made it fun for them by having them help out and called it "potionmaking". Works like a charm, and they love the taste!

*I love how a major YouTuber with almost a million subscribers is sitting here pushing out information that could harm babies. This isn’t necessary unless your doctor has specified that your child needs it.*
