Please!!! No past romantic/sexual relationship between these two. If they had gotten close and decided that anything beyond a deep friendship would ruin things between them would be the best. Don't have sexual tension there, but exactly what was said. Two people who are best friends and can act as a shoulder to lean on when needed. Someone who you can implicitly trust and rely on. That is the best type of relationship for those two.
