Nice workout - although, I do think that Gregory is going too heavy when it comes to rows and swings😊 Angie’s form is solid through and through as far as I can tell👍🏻

That is one strong lady; actually you are both very strong! Much stronger than I am, but I am 75 years of age, but still in very good shape! I am hooked on this channel as it appears that these kettlebells are much better overall than my dumbbell weights for strength training! ❤
