Back again with a no pressing shoulder training session. A few highlights for those new to the channel:

I train shoulders AFTER chest, I do ZERO shoulder pressing and it’s all high rep, volume based workouts.

This is what I have found works exceptionally well for me and most of my clients. Give this a shot after your next chest workout and I bet you will struggle to take your headphones off at the end.

Perfect timing I am gonna try this out later. One of the biggest things that has helped me build muscle has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

Unrelated, would you be willing to do a dedicated video on back width vs back thickness? How do the exercises differ, rep range, tempo, weight, feeling/stretch, etc. I have a thicc back, but my width could use some work (especially from the front). I have friends who are the opposite. A video where you discuss some of your thoughts would be awesome!

I have been adding in an extra shoulder day on Saturday where most of the movements are lateral based. Have seen some great gains. I still throw in some overhead press work earlier in the week, but this is more for enjoyment purposes.
