I like to use 2 plates to put my hands on while doing my handstand pushups gives me that extra few inch stretch

Done 3 full sets and 1 excercise from 4tg + additional hold everywhere! With 53lb (24kg). Enjoyed it a lot and unlocked 1 full motion push up:
