CrossBells is a new concept where we mimic Crossfit-style workouts with a strong focus on kettlebells. We intentionally leave away the competitive "For Time" concept (which CrossFit defines differently then we do) to avoid spending too much time in the "red zone".

Here's the full run down of the workout protocol.

Exercises
1. Stride Lunge
2. Jerk
3. Windmill
4. Wipers
AMRAP for 25 Minutes (As many rounds as possible)
6 reps per side (12 total per exercise)

Weights
Gregory: 24KG | 28KG
Angie: 12KG | 16KG

If you are looking for feedback, I have a few points, if not please don't read any further
The workout is great the commercials not so great (i understand why though you are the best in the business)
Could you have the workouts listed off to the side, I do forget sometimes what I am doing lol

please provide a video on colour to weight combination in kettlebell.... generally which ones are used in kb competitions?
