Someone said that some people destroy every chance they have of happiness when it's presented to them and go instead for something toxic because they don't feel that they deserve happiness. I think Louis is one of those people - because he keeps getting into toxic relationships with men who are charismatic and enticing but ultimately demanding and controlling.
I'm looking forward to seeing how they'll show his relationship with Armaund here.

Did Louis loose weight ? I wondered if he stopped drinking the blood again. Armand is now wearing white and staring at Louis from across the table. It looks like he is in control, and not Louis. Louis looks sad and his body language is off. Something is not right and I can’t wait to find out. Any thoughts ?

I am a huge interview with a vampire fan and Anne rice books and vampires since I was 13. I was trying to explain to friend the appeal of vampires to especially women. The new series displays what I have always thought. Lestat is a vampire and pimp. Very similar both are usually charismatic men some attractive or intelligent, good at psychology and able to allure their victims by controlling their minds and knowing their weaknesses. Most are attracted by women. I saw bio on serial killers and most are smart and usually well educated, charming and women and children are attracted to them. They feel comfortable around these guys. One news reporter met Charles Manson and said they talked for hours and he was charming, intelligent, classy. He did not know he was talking to a serial killer and when he p found out he was shocked. Later the news reporter went back top talk to Charles and Charles told him I did not kill anyone, he said he had an alibi for each murder and he was several miles away. Charles had manipulated others to commit the crimes. He had followers who worshipped Charles and they did whatever he asked. He learned to control and manipulate them. When they interviewed the cult members they felt like Charles was a god!

Disappointed with this show. Wish they’d kept the promise to be true to the books. Some of the casting is the opposite of the book characters.

This girl is too old to be Claudia. In the books, she was changed when she was only 5 years old. Armand later revealed that this was the reason she was killed: it was against the law of the vampires to change someone so young.
