It is heartbreaking to see Claudia in the yellow dress looking so defeated. Claudia thinks she found a home but in reality, her grisly end. It's also evident that she has a lot of resentment for both Lestat and Louis. Lestat was right, the old world vampires are vicious.

Anyone and I mean anyone still hating on this series is just a flat out bigot and never truly was a fan of Anne rice these writers of this series deserve recognition …. This is stunning they took such a beloved part of American literature and created poetry on film, I wasn’t sure could they tell the story of lestat and Qotd but my god I am ready for it all ….



Please someone tell me they caught the shot of the “Fight that happened in season one and it did not look like Louis was overpowered”!!!!

To Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson, Assad zaman, to Eric Bogosian I want to say thank you for giving yourselves completely to theses characters and to AmC I applaud you for having the guts to give Anne Rices legacy the proper platform for her works. She faced a lot of hate for her views and her forward thinking and despite that she literally laid the groundwork for all network television and movie vampire films in the modern era! These aren’t teen vampire love triangles or childish storylines this is about how immortality is a heavy burden and the trauma it causes!

This series should be held up as the perfect example of how a modern adaptation SHOULD be done. And what it looks like when it is done right. The writers have elevated the story for a new platform. They have made a lot of changes from the books while keeping the core events intact, and everything about it just feels right. Well done 👏!
