I just rewatched episode 7 and realized how quickly and worriedly armand scans the copy of the script for his handwriting on it, before louis even had a chance to look at it!😲

I LOVE this score. The entire series has a great score but something about the music in this scene seems unique. I think because it was a more Daniel's emotional survival and strength music that made it sound different, not just Armand getting called out. Daniel would have been killed if he went to dinner like they were planning. He believed he was going to be killed when he revealed the script. This was Daniel, throwing one last bomb in the room as Armand might say. Daniel, just not shutting up and we love him for it.

I remember daniel asking how they were able to plot without arun/armand/armedeo hearing their thoughts. How love made him a buffon. He had orchestrated it to rid himself of his coven and have louis all to himself

The thing that I really loved about this season was that they combined IWtV, Vampire Lestat, and some elements of Vampire Armand to give us the full story as it was unfolding. Beautifully done.

There is a reason why Armand did what he did to Daniel. Let's see what happens in season 3 which, I am guessing, will be Vampire Lestat/Queen of the Damned...

Props to Armand for keeping it together while this mortal comes for him in front of Louis. With that amount of truth coming out that was out his control, you’d expect him to rush Daniel and break his neck, just to stop the flow of tea being spilled. But, he stays calm because of Louis. That’s some restraint…for a minute…;)

I just rewatched the series and now looking back on this scene a part of me feels like Armand was in some ways relieved it was finally out. Like he’s was upset but that it was Daniel (book readers) know why I say this, but that it was Daniel who outed him and the look he gives is almost a call back to when Louis first meets lestat humiliation and adoration
