That four day prep idk, When you get down to the last meal, I bet it didn’t taste good after four days in the fridge so two day prep is better

It's quite unsettling to feel the need for control to the extent of preparing meals in advance, training at a fixed time, etc.

This likely masks a significant amount of anxiety.
