There have been very extensive studies done (please see my previous podcasts) and it turns out to be one of the absolute healthiest things you can do for yourself.

You will get benefit from using the sauna even 1 time per week, but for the MOST benefits you want to sauna 4-5 times per week.

I know there is no research to support that sauna is harmful to lactating women. However, in your opinion would you recommend avoiding while breastfeeding?
