How often should you use a SAUNA (for maximum benefits)?

How often do you need to use the sauna, and how long do you need to stay to reap the most benefits?

According to a study conducted by metabolic scientist Susanna Søberg and her colleagues, only 57 minutes per week does the trick.

So you could do 30 minutes one day and 27 minutes another day to accumulate 57 minutes.

I use my Sunlighten full-spectrum infrared sauna 3-4 times per week for 25-30 minutes each because I love how I feel in the sauna and when I get out.

...to learn more about how I use sauna bathing to optimize my health.

I did 51 hours in a row, so I don't have to worry about it for a year.

I did 3 days straight 1 hr each day. My muscles began to cramp so hard. I tried to drink as much water but it didn't help. I think I over did it. Should I start taking potassium supplements. It didn't help that I already had cramping problems already . But after that 3rd day my whole body was in shock I think and every move I made was causing cramping. I'm a bit concerned my levels are off and things are not balanced

hi bro tnx for video. look im from turkey and here, to stay in sauna more than 15 mins is not recommended at all, i think u shouldnt pass 15 mins. i generally start with 5 mins, than a cold shower, 8 9 mins, cold shower again, and 111 or 12 mins more. itry to do this every week

I just did my first sauna for 9 minutes and my arms were tingling, and I almost passed out. Is it good to push yourself a little less than that or should you be 'comfortably uncomfortable'?

At which saunas was the research done?
I doubt it's infrared, because the heating is significantly weaker than with traditional ones, so I still stay in the infrared sauna 4 times a week for 35 minutes
