Try out following the sequencing of my rowing next time you’re on the machine or on the water.

Arms, body, legs, legs, body, arms.

The slight lift at the end of the stroke on my right side is due to over a decade of sweep rowing. With the extra stretch on rotation used on the right side my right shoulder is a lot more flexible than my left!

Hey Cam, Will you be racing in the Head of the Charles this year? I volunteer as an Umpire and will be somewhere on the course during your race. Best of luck!

Lean green rowing machine! Is the off set finish by design?

Always pulls to the right.
Muscle imbalance, or spine/ pelvis problems.
Be careful as this constant strain can lead to back/ disc problems.
I did exactly this and got a major disc rupture, all due to imbalances

where do you set the dial for a workout like this? I’m always on 5.5 but wondered if I should vary it more?

Doesn't look right. Right wrist flexing too much.
