What’s going on you guys I am Chef David Sharon my crispy chicken wing secret Chinese restaurant recipe with you guys😆
You will need the flowing!
12 chicken wings ( I prefer small or medium size )
1 tbsp chop garlic
1 tbsp chop ginger
1 egg
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chicken stock base or msg
1 tbsp cooking wine
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
I/2 tsp sesame oil
I/3 cup flour
1/3 cornstarch
3 tbsp water

This is the closest I’ve seen to nyc Chinese takeaway wings I’ve seen. Enjoy this with duck sauce for ultimate flavor combo
