CRISPY FRIED WINGS - Laotian style

This crispy deep-fried Laotian style chicken wings marinated with simple Asian seasonings. It is tasty, moist and juicy inside. You can use the same marinade for drumsticks, thighs and breasts, just remember to adjust the cooking time.
Recipe serves 3-4
15 Whole wings or 2 lbs
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Black pepper
1 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tsp chicken bouillon or 1 tsp msg
Let marinate at least 2 hours or best overnight.
For the batter:
3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
3/4 C corn starch
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp paprika
1 3/4 Cups water
Combine all ingredients and mix until no lumps.
