Hello, and welcome to my channel!

I'm a fully qualified accountant who qualified with Ernst & Young in 2009 in Banking Capital Markets.

I have worked at Barclays Capital as a Commodities Analyst, PriceWaterHouse Coopers in audit, and finally at Standard Bank (A South African Investment Bank) in their Corporate Development team.

I have been investing in property part-time since 2010. In 2018, I developed the B4R Property Investment Model, which supercharged the growth of my property portfolio and changed how I invest in property.

On this channel, I share my property investing journey and explore all things finance, self-development, and business.
