I had a problem with confrontation… I used to think I was a badass and even proud that I addressed things at the point of anger because then I had the ‘confidence’ to speak up. If I had real confidence, I would have said things when calm and actually cared about loosing favor.

Thank you for your knowledge. It's hard to navigate certain things especially with men. I am just too tired to play any game. I wish people were more direct and honest. Be honest about how you feel.
