I’ve upgraded now thinking it’s a bad idea since I’ve upgraded and yet not had new box wont be here till the 12th I have now lost all WiFi and can’t watch telly contacted Virgin and they say it’s all running and have reported to the fault team how frustrating now been like this for 5days

If anyone is having broadband issues also out of a contract. I will provide support and cheap offers within Virgin. Making sure I identify the problem and what you should do to get it fixed properly 👍🏽

Was with virgin for long time, they are garbage. Random throttling. With cityfibre much better.

The broadband ethernet connection is absolutely fine perfect best of ever had but The Wi-Fi is awful and slowly getting worse
