Honestly, I like him because he is extremely passionate and kind towards the ones close to him, but also an extremely compassionate warrior and person in general. So I guess that’s my answer 🤷‍♀️

This probably isn't the only factor, but there are things about Anakin that I think Padmé could relate to.

They were both in positions of having to dedicate their lives to galactic service, and put their own personal feelings, needs, and wants on the back burner.

They both care deeply for those they love, and they both have impulsive streaks.

Their romance very much reflects their sides that are immature and not cared for enough, and unfortunately for them, it did more harm than good in their lives.

I think for Padme the most important Anakins quality was his forthrightness. He told exacly what he thought. She was a politician, she was living in the world of lies. Men look at her and saw qeen or senator, Anakin saw only Padme. The women who he love without Amidala image. He told her about his feelings, I can understand that she liked it, becouse for me Anakins behaviour is better than doing little sign. Anakin was albo brave and good person. He help other people selflessly. As general he done everithing to help people. He wasn't perfect, but nobody is. Relationship isn't about found the perfection men, but about become better together. This situation after Shmi died was a really god singn, beacuse he was honest with her, he could told about his feelings. He also told her when he has different opinion. It's god basis to their marriage. I think that if they took care of their lives inted of war, they would be happy family

I think it is based of a line from "שיר השירים" in the Bible and the line is: "מים גנובים ימתקו" that's mean the stolen water are taste better then a normal water because they are illegal even that's the same water so I guess this is why she fell in love with him

(One of) the biggest issues I have with their so called romance is the idea that Padme didn’t have any other handsome, successful bachelors after her. We saw Clovis in TCW sure and he ain’t that good but surely Padme, the pretty, rich, smart young woman that she is, has hundreds of other potential partners to fall in love with. But she chose the creepy teen who admitted to murdering children? Ok.
