Mine talks All day. She loves nothing more than a place on my shoulder, as i go about my day. Devon rex is the type of cat you want if you are looking for one that is always close to you.

Devons are the best cats ever. I had one for around 13 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better cat. Always coming to see what you’re up to and very vocal. Had to put him down a couple days ago sadly due to health issues but he had a great life ❤️

Omg i always thought my cat was crazy not just from hid breed! (He is a Devon rec as well) but they are such loveable pets and i love mine to bits. If your getting a devon rex be prepared they are CRAZY but very intelligent and loveable!

I love her! Honestly, I love curious cats and the different sounds she makes... so adorable!!
This is definitely a breed I'd consider if I ever plan to get a kitty ^^

I had a Cattery a few years ago and had a client who boarded her 2 Devon Rex cats with me. Ludvig was white and Dali was beige. They were the most intelligent cats I had ever encountered ! So much fun to be with!

I've had several Devon Rex, the best description i have ever found is Dog+Cat+Monkey=Devon Rex. Thing is out of all of them i've not had one that acted the same. They all have different personalities and behaviors. I've had one that tried to copy human speech, one that sassed back constantly when you scolded her (Thus being named Sassy). One that LOVED to travel, while all the others hated it. I've always had pretty social Devon's, though my aunt's was not so much. Its kinda a guess of what you might get but I can't say I have ever regretted having one. Jazz, while gone now, I will always consider my best friend and was truly blessed to have her in my life.

Oh she is so adorable, My first baby with my hubby was a male devon called Aslan absolute love of my life, unfortunately my hubby came second to my beautiful boy, I have never loved anything as much before having my kids of course lol, but he was my first baby and I still miss him so much 20 something years later. Just such a cheeky and loving breed.

I'm getting a Devon Rex this month on the 18th. I am both excited and nervous lol. I feel like a new parent....I have heard great things and things that worry me. I'm getting a male so I wonder if he will be just as talkative as yours or if he'll be more laid back. I just hope he doesn't terrorize the house and knock everything down for fun like I've seen some other cats do. I plan on having a lot of toys and entertainment to deter him from any destructive behavior. Would you say you recommend Devon Rex cats? and what is your favorite thing and least favorite thing about them? I'm asking because I want to be sure I'm getting the right breed of cat for me and hubby :-)

What a sweet kitty. I'm considering a pet and Devon rex cat is one of the options. I'm allergic so I probably can't get just any cat or dog.
