*Pros:1. Very sturdy. The gimbal has a very nice build and looks like it is not made out of cheap plastic2. Works VERY well in stabilizing videos!! Once the gimbal is set up correctly and everything is balanced the way it should be, I had no issues with taking videos while moving suddenly. Everything is SO smooth now in taking videos.3. I am so glad I got this to shoot videos and vlogs while I travel!4. USB C port is a lifesaver! I don't need to bring an extra cable since my phone uses USB C also!5. Once connected to the phone, the gimbal's control is easy and accurate.Cons:1. There are no instructions on how to install the smartphone supporting accessories/brackets. I had to go watch an online video to figure it out.2. The gimbal came with empty batteries and I had to charge it up3. The price is kind of expensive. I wish it was a little bit cheaper.4. There is no instructions on what the micro USB port do. Do I charge with it?5. There is no indication on if the battery is full or not while it is charging. How long do I need to charge this gimbal?6. From an empty battery, it took 12+ hours to charge to a full bar. That is a long time.7. There is no carrying pouch or a travel case that comes with this gimbal. I am not expecting to carry the black Styrofoam box with me while I travel right?*

You forgot to adjust the screw on the motor next to the camera, so that when the gimbal is turned off, the camera will stay in any position, pointing down or up. You adjusted the center of gravity forward and back, but the center of gravity also needs to be moved up or down using the motor screw.

Great video! Very usefull!! At 5:22 when you put the gimbal horiontally, there is a little shake movemente. Mine Crane 2 is doing the same. It's that an issue or a defect of the crane? Will it be a problem? Thank you!!
