What do you do when the tilt axis isn't working ? (it constantly leans forward no matter what adjustment i fix it to) I'm using a sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens on a Sony A7

When doing tilt my camera only leans one way. No matter how many times I do and micro adjust the lens will not stay looking up

Hi! I have been fighting with balancing the roll axis for a long while now. After balancing it supposed to stay in any position when slightly rotated, but it keeps rotating back to horizontal position. Both tilt and pan axes are getting balanced perfectly fine. The rig weight is 3.8kg which is below specified max load. Any ideas what might be causing that? Thanks!

Hi please can I use a Sony a7siii with a 16mm f1.4 like a 2kg weight setup on this gimbal with no issues ..cos people say it vibrates and make noise when it doesn't have much weight on it

Hey guys ! My Crane S stays on sleep mode even when I get it off and on (even if it's well balanced). So I tried to do the calibration but it stays on "waiting..." and never shows "STEP 1"

I have the Zhiyun Crane 3S and Sony A7sIII. But the Sony will not connect to the Crane 3S . This is frustrating, as I want to use the record button on the gimbal instead on the camera. Is Sony A7sIII not compatible with this gimbal? And the gimbal axis motors are noisy, anyone else experienced this?

my gimbal even when calibrated, when turned on, shakes with any motor calibration setting. Is it a factory problem? I have found other users on the internet who have had the same problem but no one explains how to fix it.

Can anyone explain how to connect a Sony A7sIII with the Zhiyun Crane 3S? The A7sIII is on the compatibility list.
