I recently received mine yesterday. Attempted to set it up, frustrations got the best of me, gimble kept beeping showing me the half moon indicator. After several trial n error Finally got it! Camera movements were responding to the joystick controller. 😎Thank you.

VERY THOROUGH VIDEO!!! Thank you!!! I thought I had my camera and mobile phone balanced correctly UNTIL I watched your last step at Min Marker 7:45. I didn't realize that this gimbal had another lever to adjust the bottom. This M3 Gimbal is really amazing! Holds my Sony A7C camera perfectly. Even with my large Tamron 17-28mm lens. Actually works better with my camera than my iPhone 12 Pro Max. But now I know why... because of that last step I have to take in balancing the camera and iPhone. Again, thank you for this well explained video!!!

Thanks for the video! It helped me to get my new M3S up and running with a ZV-1. This is the kind of instruction that should have come from the factory. The instructions that came with the gimbal were useless.

Excellent tutorial. I got my M3 and this was my first gimbal. I couldn't figure out the manual so typed in YouTube search and yours was the first video that popped up. Managed to figure it out in one go. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
