If you're doing a lot of running, yoga lunges, maybe some of my power yoga sequences. Your quads definitely need some lovely stretches! This 20 minute video is the perfect class for you. Watch as I share my favorite quad stretches.

As a dancer I struggle to find stretches that truly stretch my legs and hips! Amazing stretch with the knee hugging into the chest. Thank you! I will be using this one very often.

I can now squat without outside knee pain and can get back to soccer. You should add some tags in your description for soccer stretches. Sent it to my entire team. Been using massagers, wall stretches, foam rollers, smashing with tennis balls for a couple months and one 20 min video and I am good to go. Thanks

Hey Brett im a natural bodybuilder and your videos have been helping alot, i use this one after an intense leg session and it really helps me open everything back up, reduce soreness and get stronger.
I love the short videos, as for me personally i only want to do something short after big workouts.

I have been doing yoga for a year now. Its been more of a struggle lately, not feeling the relaxful bliss at the end of practices the last few months, its been more difficult to go inwards and release but this right here has changed everything. I guess the KEY was my quads and psoas. 3rd time doing this practice, its been absolute hell but the benefits have been very worth it. Thank you so much for every time I feel I am at a plateau one of your videos has been the answer to growing, connecting and releasing the tension in my mind and body.
