I'm IN LOVE with this gluten-free peach galette – the pastry is sooo flaky and the thickly sliced peaches get beautifully soft (but not mushy!!) in the oven. 🍑🤤 And the pie crust handles beautifully, you'd never know that it's gluten-free!!
