It’s peach season and there’s an abundance of peaches everywhere! If you can get your hands on some fresh peaches tonight or this weekend, try this delicious #peachgallette! It’s super quick and so easy to put together paired with our go-to oil-based crust that is extremely simple to work with yet so flaky and rich-tasting!

Aside from peaches, you can also use mangoes, nectarines, plums, apricots, blueberries or combination of any fruit- the possibilities are endless!

Crust Ingredients:
150g | 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp granulated sugar
60g | ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
45g | 3 Tbsp cold water

Filling Ingredients:
3-4 soft but not overly ripe peaches
1 Tbsp lemon juice
50g | ¼ cup granulated sugar
⅛ tsp salt
8g | 1 Tbsp cornstarch
½ - 1 Tbsp turbinado sugar for sprinkling
