This could be called the B.L.D. instead of the B.L.T. Why? Because this bad boy could be enjoyed at Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner! It’s just that good! 👍 Adding that Caesar Salad dressing to the sandwich is a game changer. The garlic, parmesan reggiano and the creamy goodness of the dressing makes this a grown folks sandwich. Kids love it too. This is a family favorite and crowd pleaser when we have guests too. Don’t forget to toast both sides of the bread...because you're going to eat BOTH SIDES! 😎

▬▬▬▬ Step-By-Step Instructions ▬▬▬▬
▬▬ Ingredients ▬▬
👇 The Sandwich 👇
2 slices Sourdough bread (or other hearty bread you have on hand)
5 strips Hickory Smoked Bacon (cooked…I prefer Wright’s Hickory Smoked bacon)
2 leaves Romaine lettuce
3 Tomato slices (per sandwich)
4 tablespoon Butter (melted)
Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper, for seasoning the tomatoes
👇 Caesar Salad Dressing (makes approx 1 cup of dressing) 👇
¾ cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbl Fresh Lemon Juice
1Tbl Worchestershire Sauce
3 cloves garlic (fresh garlic cloves, pressed or minced. Not from the jar)
¼ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup parmesan reggiano cheese (finely grated –use micro-plane or box grater)
1Tbl milk (or half & half)… whichever you have.
▬▬ Directions ▬▬
1. Butter 1 side of bread with melted butter. Place it on griddle (or in pan) buttered side down. Toast until golden brown. Before you flip it, butter the other side. Flip the bread and toast the other side until golden brown.
Let bread cool.
2. Slice tomatoes into approximatle 1/4 inch slices. Season tomatoes with light sprinkle of kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. Set aside.
3. Slather the caesar salad dressing from edge to edge on both slices of bread.
4. Now, lets build the sandwich: layer on the lettuce, then the tomatoes, followed by the bacon.
Slice the sandwich with a serrated knife (if you don’t have one, use any sharp knife). Enjoy!
