The best part of this is that, without context, I honestly wouldn't question any of it if it popped up on Adult Swim. It fits the typical content and tone of the block perfectly.

Honestly the scariest thing about this is how realistic it feels. Like, considering adult swim has done stuff like the bear footage and too many chefs, this wouldn't feel too out of place, minus the last video with the person's address.

And the fact the kidnapper chose to hack into adult swim during the bumpers felt even more smart, because it's probably the one time during TV where you're least likely to figure out if something scary was serious with adult swim's track record of scary bumpers and stunts, so people would most likely assume it's just a normal bumper thus nobody would go looking for the victim if they didn't look into it more.

I remember catching 'Too Many Cooks' and 'Unedited Footage of a Bear' on separate occasions after coming back from late nights out. Those were so surreal and unexpected to encounter them after being several drinks in by that point of time. I could totally see Adult Swim pull something like this with their bumpers and adjacent programming on their audience just to mess with them. Reminds me of those 'The Heart, She Holler' ads with the grandmother interrupting different programs and doing jump scares. Obviously this is a lost media analog horror project so it would be taken to another level online compared to Adult Swim.

Using adultswim bumps is actually pretty smart, because it still qualifies as analog without doing the over done 80s or 90s

The “want to go out to the movies?” Gave me the massive creeps, and with the songs playing in the car it makes me think the killer has some sort of weird stalker crush on the main character.

DUDE this shit is SO like the actually scary ass guy instead of an edited photo and the creativity and diversity of the bumpers and the twist with elanore actually revealing themselves as the serial killer by filming out side the OPs house and sending them their address it's so good it really reminds me of really good old ARGs nightbot and others used to cover. Love that the serial killer is the threat and not like, Georgia's ghost or something. so cool.

I think there was another victim, hence the second mile marker. The killer said there would be more victims. And that milk carton girl looks different and the killer implies with the picture edit that (s)he shot the second girl in the head.

I like the idea of the killer taking over the investigators account and kidnapping the uploader. Then, when it says, "im staying with a friend, " the uploader is the new friend they aren't staying with a "friend" they are being held captive by the killer, and now its probably not what happened but still i thought ut was interesting
