We love our greens here at the Wilson home. We love them like you fix them. Cornbread is a must no matter what else we have. Sometimes we fix a pot of beans to go with them and some kind of potato side dish. Stewed potatoes and in the summertime we fix your cucumber, tomato, onion salad. There is no wrong way to fix a meal with some fresh hot greens and pot liquid.

Hi Gina and I love greens and the way that you prepared this wonderful dish. I'm making some for the 4th of July. I love my greens with a sliced onion and tomato, cornbread, potato salad and piece of fried chicken. I'm not a fan of kale but love spinach, mustard, turnip and collard.
