my problem im having is
I wanted to crop my video, I couldn't in windows live movie maker but on research apparently could in windows movie maker
so I downloaded and install windows movie maker ( then it wouldn't launch ) ( windows live movie maker no longer exist )
so I did a system restore to 2 hours before I downloaded and installed movie maker
windows live movie maker was back, but it wouldn't launch
it comes up with an error saying

one or more of the effected files that movie maker needs in order to run is corrupted, please repair movie maker by clicking "uninstall a program" in Control Panel, and then Double-Clicking "windows live essentials"
which I did but that didn't do anything either, didn't fix any problems

what can I do in order to get windows live movie maker working again ?

i have messed up my laptop till the point of were all the applications such as, my internet, all games even the system restore has turned in to a file, so when i go and open it it brings up a window saying i have to find the file to open it, and i dont know were the system restore point would be placed, please help

I download windows 8 skin pack for windows 7.
I had a problem with my windows 8 skin pack for windows 7 plz
I had installed windows 8 skin pack on my computer and i did not like it. So i tried to uninstall it, but when i uninstalled it, the start button and task bar logo start of the windows 8 skin pack still remains.

So if I restore my computer to 1st jan where my was windows 7 would it be the same and will windows 8 skin be deleted.

i found the file i needed to open system resore but when i open it it says; there was an unexpected error: the parameter is incorrect. (0x80070057) please close the system restore and try again. i have tried it again but nothing happend.
