7:33 James, I'd say whenever that happens just try to replay the good interactions you've had in your head instead if you cab't be present to the moment. There's a reason that memory is on loop in your head. Maybe to support a belief you have about yourself that you're socially awkward or that you're not a people's person (which aren't objective things) so try to counteract that with 'naw I'm a pretty chill guy' and replay what supports that. We aren't naturally drawn to the negative we just chose to pay attention to what we believe our truest selves to be.

By the way I remember watching you when you had 4 million subs it's incredible how much you've grown. I love how you're honest about possibly never seeing this but you've opened my eyes and I feel I need to add to the conversation.

(By the way you know one person can become more than one view if they watch the same video over and over again, right?)

I'm a lurker/occasional commenter. You couldn't be more right about the comments section! We have 2m subs and a channel dedicated to my dog doing funny things yet we still get hate comments occasionally. How bored do people have to be to hate on funny pet videos. Thankfully the nice comments greatly outweigh the bad.
