Honestly, the main red flag for me was her actively describing this woman's children as "annoying" in a public article. I'll be damned if I invite someone to my home for an interview that I was looking forward to and had good things to say about it, just for the interviewer to insult my children, my home, my husband, and myself publicly. She didn't reach out to you, you reached out to her. Complete disrespect.

A lot of people who do things like ballet or gymnastics, or any other athletic thing like that retire pretty early because they have spent their whole life up to that point slaving for that lifestyle and they are ready to do something new and relax for once in their life. Its pretty normal for ballerinas to retire in their 20s. Im not surprised at all that she stopped dancing in favor of a slower paced and quiet life of farming and homesteading. Thats a real dream for a lot of people

Former dancer here, retired at 27 due to injury.. it is SOOO normal. Also normal to leave to have babies. Being a ballerina and pregnant is soo difficult not to mention what childbirth will do to your body. Women have done it, but its not easy. It is her decision and her right to do or not do.

Why do liberal and feminist women think they have some ownership over all women and have the right ideology and life plan. We don't all want the same things or need the same things to be happy in life. If a woman watches these videos and compares herself to it and says it makes her feel like she is failing, that is on her. If you don't like something, don't watch or participate in it. Watching this as a stay-at-home mom for 10 years now and is on my 3rd trimester with our third whilst folding 2 weeks worth of laundry. As a medical professional who decided with my husband that I stop working and raise our kids instead I find it very empowering that I get to raise and mold our kids with our family values. It is empowering to run our own little kingdom while our king is away to work. It is empowering that my husband find solace and peace at the home that I worked hard to make for him. I still have plans of pursuing my career so we can save for our kids' university and save for our retirement but for now I'm enjoying every moment of being the domestic CEO that I am.
