Yes Sir, I work with a HUGE group of con artists. They pull this everyday, I've learned to do my own tasks at work. But then I get piggy backed.( when a person tries to help you with a job you're already finishing) I recently got promoted, now most of them attempt to challenge me daily 😂😂😂. I am SOOOO fortunate to have a competent Father

Competency cost extra. If an employer is unwilling to pay a decent wage they can't expect decent work. You get what you pay for.

One thing COVID showed us all is that the way Americans worked prior was horrible. One of the big problems is the useless and unnecessary layers of management that added nothing to the production of whatever goods/services the company produced, and only rally served to slow things down by throwing layers of bureaucracy into the machinery. Trying to micromanage your staff only slows them down and disincentivizes production.

Another big problem was that people aren't getting paid enough to care. _If you don't pay people to do quality work, you will not get quality work._ No amount of wishful thinking or pizza parties or "we appreciate you!" kitchscy BS will override the bottom line: money talks, and nothing else matters. The jobs that pay reasonably well are just not having staffing issues, but the jobs that don't can't retain staff that's worth retaining. There's a reason for that.
