12 ounces Brussels sprouts fresh
⅓ cup dried cranberries or other dried fruits
⅓ cup walnuts or other nuts

DRESSING
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
