I hate to be THAT person because this recipe looks amazing and delicious, but please, please don't chop veggies on the same cutting board you JUST used to chop raw chicken. That can cause some cross-contamination. While cooking chicken kills the bacteria, veggies may not be cooked to the same temperature that chicken needs to be in order to kill the bacteria. If you need to use the same board, please cut the vegetables first.
