I get up around 7 a.m. I often skip breakfast and eat lunch at school. I rest comfortably at home. I enjoy watching movies in my free time.

I wake up at 7 am, get up at 7:15 am, and put my blankets and pillow in proper place. Then i drink two cups of water, take a shower, brush my teeth, straigthen my hair, dry off with towel and get dressed.
After, i make and eat my breakfast and do dishes.
Next, i use my phone, check emails and watch news in youtube.
And then i get ready for work, i grap my things, and drive to work.
I start work at 9 am. I use my computer, check my emails, text messages, have meetings, and prepare documents and reports.
I work all day, i take my lunch break at 1 pm, and i finish work at 7 pm.
After work, i go home, and take my pre -meal workout. After that, i go to the gym, and exercice my workout routine. I like to exercice cardio workouts.
After the gym, i go home around 10 am, have dinner, do dishes, and use my phone to watch videos in youtube
Next, i check my emails again and read a book.
I go to bed at 12 pm.
On weekend, i dont like to stay at home. I exercice sport or do shopping with my family.
That is my typically daily routine.

I usually wake up at 6:30, but I stay in bed for ten minutes .So, I often get up about 7:00.
Yes, I sometimes skip breakfast.But I never skip my cup of coffee.For lunch, I have a family meal which consists of fish, rice, salad and bread.In my free time I usually surf the net, or go swimming, or read and listen to my best language : English.

I have for lunch that, what's my wife prepares for me . It is usually meat with buckwheat or rice with gravy : )
When i get home, i will take a nap a liite bit, because had tired .

the firt i usually wake up at 5:30 am, i get up and out of the bed ten minutes later. next i will drush my teeths, then i get clothes and dress up.
i usually have breakfast at 7:00 am, sometime i don"t have free time so i skiped breakfast.

after get home, i sometime go to the gym. then i go to the market when i buy something for dinner. next i cook dinner, i will have a dinner with my roommates at 7:00 pm.
